The recipient of the 2019 Emma L. Cunningham Memorial Scholarship is Fidelise Paku from Garner Magnet High School.
Fidelise will be attending North Carolina State University and majoring in Statistics in the fall. Excerpt from Fidelise’s essay: "I began to discover my excitement for mathematics and as I continued my education to the high school level, this passion only heightened and physics and chemistry were added to my passion list.
